An accident has occurred on Highway 278 Sol Blatt Jr. Parkway, near William Hilton Parkway, on Hilton Head. The eastbound turn lane going onto William Hilton Pkwy, and center lane going towards Gum Tree Road are blocked. Motorists should use caution, and expect delays.
