(262) 635-0190 Date: October 20, 2022 No: 22-28 Subject: Wanted Person Arrest UPDATE (10/21/22): Crishawn R. Clemons (DOB: 02/03/1994) of Racine On 10/20/22 the US Marshals Service and the Racine Police Department captured and arrested Crishawn Clemons at his home in Racine for shooting and killing Eugene Henderson. Clemons had been developed as a suspect during this long, diligent investigation. Crishawn Clemons is wanted by the US Marshals for 1st Degree Intentional Homicide. Clemons is wanted for the shooting of 14 year old Eugene Henderson which occurred in Racine, WI on March 13, 2022.
