(262) 635-0190 Date: March 14, 2022 No: 22-07 Subject: Shooting Arrest UPDATE (10/21/22): Crishawn R. Clemons (DOB: 02/03/1994) of Racine On 10/20/22 the US Marshals Service and the Racine Police Department captured and arrested Crishawn Clemons at his home in Racine for shooting and killing Eugene Henderson. Clemons had been developed as a suspect during this long, diligent investigation. UPDATE (06/22/22): ARRESTED Emonjae J. Kinney m/b 16 years old of Racine Charges: 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, use of a dangerous weapon Discharging Firearm from Vehicle Micah T. Lminggio m/b 15 years old of Racine Charges: 1st Degree Intentional Homicide-Party to a crime, use of a dangerous weapon UPDATE (03/16/22): The victim, Eugene T. Henderson (14 year old male of Racine), has died as a result of his injuries. The investigation is still ongoing. On March 13, 2022 at approximately 2219 hours, officers responded to the area of 20th St. and Mead St. in reference to a shots fired complaint. A short time later, officers responded to the 1900 block of Racine St. in reference to a male being shot in the head. The male was the passenger in a stolen vehicle when he was shot. Information was gathered that the occupants of the stolen vehicle were involved in an altercation with occupants from another vehicle and shots were fired within the 800 block of Eighteenth St. The victim of the shooting was transported to Ascension Medical Center (3801 Spring St.) and then taken by Flight for Life to Milwaukee. The victim is in critical condition. NEWS RELEASE 2 Racine Police investigators are interested in any additional information that anyone may have about this incident.
