A traffic hazard has occurred on Highway 278 at the intersection of White Oaks Circle, in Bluffton. A semi-truck is broken down and is presently blocking the eastbound left lane. Motorists are advised to use caution and should expect delays when traveling towards Eastern Bluffton.
