* WHERE...Portions of Central, South Central and Southeast Kansas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, from 10 PM Wednesday to 1 PM CST Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult road conditions. Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility, and drifting snow across roadways may occur. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
