* WHEN...From 3 AM Friday to 7 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A Wind Chill Warning is in effect due to wind chills of 35 to 45 below zero.
