Clinton County Travel Status Change
Clinton County, Indiana will be implementing a county travel status of “Watch” (Orange) effective at 6 pm today, December 22, 2022.
Watch (Orange) – Means that conditions are threating to the safety of the public. During a “watch” local travel advisory, only essential travel, such as to and from work or in emergency situations, is recommended, and emergency action plans should be implemented by businesses, schools, government agencies, and other organizations.
Clinton County EMA director Darrel Sanders will be monitoring this weather incident closely, with the assistance of Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, Clinton County Highway Department, Frankfort Police Department and the National Weather Service.
