The freezing rain threat has primarily passed as of 12PM. Temperatures have begun to rise, melting ice and snow on roadways, making travel safer in many areas.

However, many roadways may continue to be slick over the next 24 hours, as ice and compacted snow may still be present. Continue to exercise caution when traveling.

Exercise caution when traveling, as many roads may remain slick due to compacted snow and/or ice over the next 24 hours. If traveling, it's advised you bring an emergency kit with you, including warm clothes, a flashlight, water, medications, and other essentials.
