Wind Chill Warning until 12:00PM Sunday

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 45 below zero this morning. Wind chills around 20 to 30 degrees below zero are expected this afternoon through Sunday morning. Winds gusting as high as 50 to 55 mph.

* WHERE...In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Strong winds could cause tree and power line damage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Affects from the extreme cold could be made worse due to power outages. Areas of blowing snow may cause reduced visibility, especially along the ridge tops.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WESTERN HIGHLAND ... WESTERN GRANT ... WESTERN PENDLETON
