UPDATE: Shelter in Place has been lifted, power is out 
The earlier Shelter in Place from Canal to mid-block Novato St due to multiple blown transformers and downed live wires HAS BEEN LIFTED. Roadways have re-opened, however the power line had to be cut by PG&E and power is now OUT in the area, possibly expected to be out until tomorrow.
