* WHEN...Until midnight PST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 931 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... South Fork Fulton Creek, John Creek, Duckabush River, Fulton Creek, Penny Creek, Townsend Creek, Cliff Creek, Big Quilcene River, Hamma Hamma River, Jefferson Creek, Lilliwaup Creek, Marple Creek, Tunnel Creek, Waketickeh Creek, Washington Creek, Spencer Creek, Rocky Brook, Jorsted Creek, East Fork Lena Creek and Dosewallips River.
