Elder Fraud & Scams 
Recently, there has been an increase in fraud and scams targeting older residents. In order to help put a stop to them, the South River Police Department will be conducting an information session for older residents in conjunction with the South River Office on Aging.
In addition, informational brochures are being distributed to locations in South River that are typically frequented by older residents.
How can you help? Visit www.southriverpd.org and download the Elder Fraud Brochure then print and share it with older neighbors and family members who may not otherwise see it.
Copies of the brochure can also be obtained at Police Headquarters and through the South River Office on Aging.
