Silver Alert | Missing Carmel-by-the-Sea Man 
Carmel-by-the-Sea Police Department is issuing a Silver Alert for a man named Sven. He was last seen at the Adobe Inn in Carmel and has been missing since 1730 hours today. Sven is described as a white male in his late 20's, shaved head, and does not speak English. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black jacket, grey sweatpants, and white shoes.
