Per the National Weather Service, a flood advisory remains in effect, with rain continuing through the morning. Dry skies are forecasted for this afternoon. Conditions are stable and creek levels are receding. Some power outages remain from yesterday's heavy wind, with crews working on a new outage this morning impacting over 4,400 customers in some neighborhoods in the south portion of Palo Alto. No road closures in effect. Be alert with morning commutes as debris may in the roadways. Thank you for reporting issues you may experience while out and about today.
