We have been informed by AT&T that about 100 of their landline customers in Palo Alto may not be able to dial 9-1-1 right now due to a network event. There is no estimated time of restoration. No other landline service providers are affected.
Instead, our 7-digit emergency line is (650) 321-4433.
We'll send another message once AT&T advises us that the service has been restored.
