Missing Adult - HOVEN, ALICE IRENE 29YO white female 5'5" 148lbs, short black hair, blue eyes. Alice was last seen in August 2022 and is known to frequent the area behind Walmart in Clearlake. She has a history of drug use and may have mental health issues. Alice is said to have a Batman tattoo on her lower left arm.
