For our Richmond residents affected by the Industrial Fire, the previously established evacuation zone/orders and shelter-in-place orders have been lifted as of 4:00pm today, Sunday, April 16, 2023. This decision was made in collaboration with multiple federal, state, and local officials and based upon guidance from the Wayne County Health Department using test results and air monitoring data provided to us by the US EPA for analysis.
Guidelines for reentry into homes in the area are attached. Continue to visit the already established websites for further information and details, and the Community Help Line is still being staffed 24/7 and available to those with questions; 765-973-9300
