Potential Road Closures and No Parking Zones on Thursday 4/27 starting at 8:00 am.
Additionally, service at the MBTA bus stop on Elm St. in front of Veterans Park and Stanton Plaza could potentially be impacted and temporarily moved from its current location to Lake Ave next to the SNHU Arena, so please be aware and plan accordingly. All road closures associated with this event should be re-opened by approximately 1800 hours (6:00 PM). Handicap parking for the event will be located on West Merrimack St – Elm St to Canal St.

The City of Manchester, NH would like to make you aware of an event that will cause some potential travel impacts for a small portion of downtown on Thursday, April 27th.
Due to the upcoming visit by former President Trump, you can expect some Potential Road Closures and No Parking Zones on 4/27 starting at 0800 hours on Thursday. Approximate times of closures will vary, but you can expect road closures and delays throughout the day within the following locations:
- Elm St. – Lake Ave to Merrimack St.
- Pleasant St. – Elm St. to Canal
- Franklin St. – Pleasant St. to W. Merrimack St.
