July 4th Fireworks
- There will be no public parking east of Michigan Blvd from Hubbard St. to English St.
- There will be limited parking east of Main St. Please be prepared to walk to the fireworks.
- Please obey all traffic signs and signals.
- Please do not bring any glass of any kind to the beach.
- The Kid’s Cove Playground closes to the general public at 4pm.
- East of Michigan Blvd there is restricted parking. You must have parking pass ahead of time.
- On south side of Hubbard St is parking for the Water Dept. and the VIP area
- Racine Yacht Club parking at the Racine Yacht Club (1 Barker St.). This lot can be accessed from either Hubbard St. or from Barker St.
- VIP area will be located on the south side of Barker St.
- The Kid’s Cove parking lot is restricted for handicapped and VIP parking only. No vendors are allowed in this lot. This lot can be accessed from Barker St.
- The North Beach Oasis parking lot is restricted for on-duty life guards only.
- A reminder that Wisconsin State Statute 167.10 and Racine Municipal code Sec. 66-516 & 66-517 provides an outline that determines which fireworks are legal for use in the city.

- Small Smoke Bombs
- Snakes (containing no mercury)
- Sparklers less than 36” long
Prohibited devices include, but are not limited to:
- Aerial Salutes
- Firecrackers
- Roman Candles
- Skyrockets
- Wheels
- Anything that shoots into the air
- Please think twice about bringing your dog/animal to the fireworks. July 4th holiday is one of the biggest for runaway animals.
- Pack your patience and have a safe holiday!
