The Police Department is pleased to announce that its next “Breaking with the Law” event is on Wednesday, July 12, between 2 and 4 p.m. at Pop Tea Bar at 456 Cambridge Avenue in the California Avenue business district!
There’s no formal program or presentation, just an opportunity to “take a break” and have casual conversations with personnel from the Police Department. Meet officers, dispatchers, records personnel, and maybe even an animal control officer too. Swing by at any point during the two hours, ask questions, raise concerns, and grab some amazing tea and food from the good folks at Pop Tea Bar!
Please bring your kids and tell your teens too! We’ll have a police car there that the little ones can check out.
Future events will occur at other locations in town and on alternate days and times to accommodate the diverse schedules of our community members.
