On 07/06/2023, Misty Danielle Collins from Blacksburg South Carolina was identified and charged for the senseless crimes commited to Eggers Funeral Home. Collins is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges in Cherokee County Detention Center. Collins will be extradited back to Rutherford County to face charges in Rutherford County for Breaking and or Entering, Misdemeanor Larceny, and Injury to Real Property. The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter.
