Due to a community organized memorial service taking place at approximately 4:00 PM today, motorists are asked to avoid the area of Whitehead Avenue and Division Street.
Additionally, traffic delays should be expected along neighborhood streets due to a walking procession traveling from Whitehead Avenue to Denny Stadium.
