Franklin Twp PD advises you to AVOID Rt 27 due to FLOODING. Flooding has been reported in the areas Rt 27, specifically in the areas of 935 Rt 27 (Family Dollar), 2301 Rt. 27 (Franklin Twp BOE), Rt 27 & Westminster, Rt. 27 & Bunker Hill. Traffic lights have also been reported out. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
