2023 3rd quarter property taxes are due August 1, 2023 with an extended grace period to August 22nd. The tax bills will be mailed by July 28th.

The 2023-2024 tax amounts are in and available to view online.

Homeowners that make online payments through their bank’s websites must list your tax account number, NOT BLOCK AND LOT. (Ex. 000123456)

Homeowners must take into consideration that the date of receipt from the town is an estimate from the bank and is not always guaranteed. Please schedule your payments with enough time in the event of an unexpected delay in order to avoid late payments.

Payments made during the day should be brought to the Tax Collector’s payment window in the front lobby of the Municipal Building, 475 DeMott Lane.

There is a drop box outside the Public Safety Building for tax and water payments. This is for “after hour” payments made by checks. NO CASH should be put into the drop box. Pickup will be at 8:30 a.m. in the morning.
