Construction crews have begun work on the Water Main Replacement Phase 3 Project. You will see MB Construction crews in town for the next several weeks.
Starting Monday they will begin work on 6th St. working their way from Center to Cotton. During the day 6th Street will be CLOSED FROM 7am - 6pm Monday - Thursday.
Those that live on 6th will have access to get in and out of their driveway and the road will be open to all traffic every evening.
We expect this process to take a few weeks on 6th. Expect closures from August 7th - the 21st.
Next week MB will be bringing in at least 1 extra crew, 2 possibly. the main crew is going to be on 6th and Cotton (we are calling that the BIG L).
The 2nd crew will be on 3rd St. NW next week focusing on the area labeled 24 - 25 - 26.
