Whitley East of the round-a-bout closed for construction 
Kings County, Calif. – The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority), in cooperation with design-build contractor Dragados-Flatiron Joint Venture (DFJV), announces a full road closure at Whitley Avenue, between State Route (SR) 43 and SR 137 in Kings County for work on a high-speed rail
underpass. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 18, 2023 and will continue through September 2024.
