As a result of a power outage this afternoon affecting about 1,300 customers, the signal lights on Embarcadero Road between El Camino Real and Highway 101 are currently out. Remember to treat "dark" intersections as four-way stops. Please be patient and drive safely.
City crews are investigating the cause of the outage; the Utilities Department reports the current estimated restoration time is about 4 p.m.
