Full Notification

Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, on 10/06/23 at 0043 hours, Grosse Pointe Woods Public Safety Department responded to the 1800 block of Brys Drive to investigate a subject who had been reportedly shot.  Officers and other first responders made the scene and determined one adult aged male had been shot. The male was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to the injuries.  One arrest has been made.  All involved are identified and there is no ongoing threat to the public. 

This is an ongoing and pending investigation.  There will be no additional information released at this time.
