Traffic alert- Multiple vehicle collision on US 52 Northbound south of the Pinnacle (129 Mile Marker) and scenic overlook. Between King and Pinnacle. Stokes Deputies and Stokes EMS and SHP are on scene. Use alternate route if possible or expect delays .
