SCDOT project to impact William Hilton Parkway traffic

Due to traffic delays, workers have suspended daytime operations and will complete the work during the evening hours, beginning at 8:00 p.m.

The South Carolina Department of Transportation is conducting a cleanup and inspection of storm sewers and catch basins along William Hilton Parkway near Squire Pope Road on Hilton Head Island.
This project is expected to occur between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. throughout the week.
Motorists should expect delays during these times as one eastbound lane will be closed.
Please use caution while traveling through the area.
