TESTING THE SNOW EMERGENCY LIGHTS - In preparation for the upcoming winter, Department of Public Works will test the Snow Emergency flashing-light system at various intersections throughout the City on Wednesday November 15th. Please be advised if you see the white lights flashing on this day, it is a test.
