The Stanford Football season continues Saturday at 3:30 p.m., when the Cardinal host the California Golden Bears for the126th Big Game. Expect heavy traffic on Embarcadero, El Camino, and Sand Hill beginning late morning. A sellout crowd is anticipated.
Also, note that the Navy SEALS “Leap Frogs” Parachute Team will be parachuting into Stanford Stadium before kickoff, and deploying red smoke with their jump for visual effects. This should occur around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. They will also make a practice jump on Friday, November 17, between noon and 3 p.m. Both jumps will be weather-permitting.
