* WHERE...A portion of northwest Washington, including the following county, Jefferson.
* WHEN...Until 600 PM PST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1108 PM PST, Flooding is expected along and near the Duckabush and Dosewallips Rivers in eastern Jefferson County. Radar and gauge reports indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Eastern Jefferson County. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
