City staff was notified of Chevron CWS Level 1 incident. There is no action required by the public and no public health risk at this time. BAAQMD and Contra Costa County Hazmat have been advised and are monitoring. No ETA given for end of incident. Public may smell an odor in the area of the refinary. Richmond Fire Department Hazmat Team is monitoring.
