* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are most likely during the afternoon into the evening. Mixed precipitation should result in reduced snowfall accumulation for areas to the southeast of I-81 and I-78.
