* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect a period of heavy snow late this evening that will last a couple/few hours before transitioning to a mix of rain and snow overnight, and finally changing to all rain by or around daybreak Tuesday morning. Snow should accumulate quickly during the period of highest rates.
