* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and west central Indiana.
* WHEN...Until Noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CARROLL ... WARREN ... TIPPECANOE ... CLINTON ... HOWARD ... FOUNTAIN ... MONTGOMERY ... BOONE ... TIPTON ... VERMILLION ... PARKE
Instructions:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds will combine to generate low wind chills.
