* WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana and central, north central, northwest and west central Mississippi.
* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Tuesday. For the Winter Storm Warning, until 6 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on dangerous road conditions, potential for power outages and dangerously low wind chills.
