* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches.

* WHERE...In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the afternoon and evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief lull in the snow may occur late this morning into early this afternoon. Snow will pick back up again from mid- afternoon through tonight. Wind chills will also hover between 5 to -10 degrees below zero.
