* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of one to three inches is expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero.
* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Life threatening conditions for anyone that becomes trapped in these conditions. Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds will result in considerable blowing and drifting snow, with near blizzard like conditions possible at times. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GARRETT ... WESTERN GRANT ... WESTERN PENDLETON
