This 82-year old woman was last seen walking out of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation at 795 El Camino Real around 11:45 a.m. this morning.
She is an Asian female, about 5 feet 2 inches tall and 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a lavender top (the same one as in this photo), gray sweats, and silver shoes. She has dementia and does not have a phone.
