National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Orange County Coast until Tuesday at 4:00 pm. Periods of heavy rain are expected, including high surf and winds. Stay off the roads if possible, exercise caution, secure outdoor items, and stay informed on the City of Seal Beach and Seal Beach Police Department's social media accounts. A weather watch indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions. Limited amounts of sandbags are available at OCFA fire stations #44 (Central Ave./ 8th St.) and #48 (Seal Beach Blvd./ Northgate Rd.)
