Power Outage Statement 
A MESSAGE FROM MAYOR PETER GUINDI
This evening, the borough experienced a power outage between the hours of 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, lasting approximately 1 hour. An animal became lodged between lines in the substation, which subsequently caused a power outage to occur. I would like to thank PSE&G, South River Electric Utility, and our first responders, South River Police and Fire Departments for their swift and efficient action in resolving this matter and quickly restoring power within the borough.
