If you have an AT&T *cell* phone, dialing 9-1-1 may not work right now. They are troubleshooting the problem.
In the meantime, AT&T cell customers can call our 7-digit emergency number at (650) 321-4433, or use a landline phone.
Texting 9-1-1 from an AT&T cell phone does not appear to be impacted as of now in Palo Alto.
We will update this post once AT&T has solved this problem.
