* Extreme Grassland Fire Danger is possible on Sunday afternoon.
* Winds...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts over 40 mph possible.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 15 percent.
* Impacts...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly and become very difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
