Road Closure Announced 
INDOT has announced the closure of State Rd 38 over Stowers Ditch, 2.29 miles East of US 421 near Kirklin. The project includes removing and replacing approaches, railing transitions and installing a new bridge deck overlay. There will also be rip rap placed on the slops as well as around the piers.
This will be a full closure and is expected to start 3/5/2024 with an intermediate completion date of 7/3/2024.
Official Detour: The detour will use SR 47 and US 421.
