* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 2 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow squalls producing heavy bursts of snow are likely at times, resulting in very low visibility and blowing snow. The heaviest snow is expected to fall during the afternoon and early evening hours Sunday. Snowfall rates of 1-3 inches per hour may be possible within heavier squalls during that time.
