Red Flag Warning until 08:00PM Wednesday 
The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a Red Flag Warning for relative humidity and gusty winds, which is in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 26 percent.
* IMPACTS...The combination of dry conditions, low humidity, and strong gusty winds may result in favorable conditions for the rapid spread of fires.
* FUEL MOISTURE...Less than 10 percent for 10 hour fuels.
* AFFECTED AREAS: FREDERICK ... CLARKE ... HAMPSHIRE ... HARDY ... EASTERN GRANT ... EASTERN MINERAL ... EASTERN PENDLETON
