* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Storm total rainfall by the mid afternoon hours today will be between 1.5 and 2 inches over much of the watch area, with the heaviest rain likely falling to the east and south respectively of the Interstate 83 and 81 corridors. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
