* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Indiana, including the following counties, in central Indiana, Hendricks. In west central Indiana, Clay, Parke, Putnam, Vermillion and Vigo.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 935 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
